黃亞非,男,教授,正高職高級工程師(生物制藥類),博士生導師,“湖北省百人計劃”特聘專家、華中學者特聘教授、光谷3551人才計劃長期創新人才。于2007-2015年間先後在美國猶太人醫學中心從事博士後研究和擔任Research Associate一職,2015年任湖北省幹細胞工程技術研究中心副主任以及湖北省生命源幹細胞有限公司首席技術官和常務副總經理,2018年入職同濟醫學院88858cc永利官网病原生物學系。長期從事細胞免疫、腫瘤免疫和感染免疫相關的科研工作,近年來緻力于建立以γδT細胞和腫瘤新生抗原為基礎的個性化腫瘤免疫治療平台,并拟将此應用于惡性實體腫瘤的治療;此外,還聚焦于腫瘤免疫微環境研究。以第一作者或通訊作者發表論文20餘篇,其中一篇入選ESI高被引論文,并為斯普林格出版的圖書《Methods in Molecular Biology》撰寫有關章節。作為負責人和主要研究人員參與了973重大項目、國家重點研發項目、浙江省重點研發項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、湖北省自然科學基金、武漢市晨光計劃、NIHR01及R21等多項研究項目。研究成果曾獲《Hypertension》雜志年度最佳論文獎和湖北省自然科學優秀學術論文一等獎,多次在國際會議上做口頭報告和大會發言。長期為《第三軍醫大學學報》華中科技大學大學學報醫學版Cancer ImmunologyImmunotherapy、《ImmunobiologyFrontiers in Immunology》Scandinavian Journal of Immunology《Frontiers in Oncology》《Scientific Reports》Journal of Medical Virology等國内外期刊審稿。
