專業方向:神經退行性疾病機理

個人簡介:2007年武漢大學生科院獲學士學位;2012年武漢大學獲得細胞生物學博士學位;2013-2018年澳大利亞昆士蘭腦研究所從事博士後研究。20184月入職88858cc永利官网醫學遺傳系,研究方向為阿爾茨海默病(AD)緻病機理。具體包括:1AD中微管結合蛋白Tau和酪氨酸激酶Fyn的相互調控機理;2Tau蛋白在胞體樹突中形成NFTs的機制;3AD風險因子Pyk2對神經功能及學習記憶的影響。近年來發表唯一第一作者 J Azheimers Dis; 唯一第一作者EMBO J封面文章;唯一第一作者Nat. Rev. Drug. Discov封面文章;一作頂級眼科雜志Invest. Ophthalmol. Vis. Sci. 以及Acta Neuropathol. Commun.Nat. Rev. Neurol.BBABBRC等。
