課題組長期從事腫瘤免疫中關鍵細胞群體(T細胞和腫瘤幹細胞)等方面的研究工作,重點研究腫瘤免疫T細胞長期的存活和腫瘤幹細胞自我更新的代謝調控機制并緻力于新型腫瘤免疫生物治療技術的開發與臨床轉化
