實驗室研究領域及内容:
目前實驗室利用果蠅為模式動物,對腸道幹細胞的多功能分化進行深入研究,以期理解幹細胞分化的内在生理邏輯和分子基礎,以達到對癌症以分化為導向的轉化醫學治療。主要研究内容為:1)腸道表皮幹細胞數目的決定機制;2)腸道表皮幹細胞位置的決定機制;3)腸道幹細胞分化過程中Notch信号激活強弱的控制機制;4)腸道幹細胞多功能分化的子代細胞比例控制機制。文章發表在Science,DevelopmentalCell,NatureCommunications,The Journal ofCell Biology,CellReports,Development,CommunicationsBiology等國際著名雜志。
