陳偉教授,博士生導師,國家海外高層次青年人才(2022,湖北省“傑青”(2022),湖北省“百人計劃”(2021)入選者。陳教授2009年于武漢大學化學基地班專業獲理學學士學位,2014年在浙江大學化學系獲得博士學位。2015-2018年在美國國立衛生研究院National Institutes of HealthNIH陳小元教授課題組從事博士後研究,2018-2020年于麻省理工學院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MITRobert S. Langer教授美國三院院士,2021年增選為中國工程院外籍院士)課題組任研究科學家(Research Scientist)。2021加入華中科技大學同濟醫學院88858cc永利官网藥理學系,任教授,兼任Chinese Chemical LettersMedComm – Biomaterials and Application青年編委,以及Journal of Nanobiotechnology客座編輯。擔任湖北省藥理學會第十屆理事會理事,以及湖北省藥理學會黨支部青年委員和宣傳委員

陳教授長期從事利用生物啟發技術構建藥物制劑及智能器件用于疾病診斷治療的研究。圍繞增強藥物療效、提升病人依從性以及增加生物樣本采樣準确性等關鍵臨床問題,陳教授基于自身的研究背景,學習并借鑒自然界中存在生物原理,發展了系列生物啟發智能系統:(1)模拟生物硬組織形成,制備仿生礦化藥物制劑,逆轉了腫瘤耐藥性;(2)模拟生物自發驅動,開發了生物表面修飾及改性技術,調控生物體定向遷移特性;(3)模拟多刺生物防禦,成功構建了血糖響應型微針貼片,便利、長效調控病人血糖;(4)模拟刺頭蠕蟲寄生,創造超強生物粘附微針藥片,實現了大分子藥物高效口服遞送;(5)模拟鳥類舌尖采集食品,發展可富集病毒微針咽拭子提高了流行病病原體檢測準确性;(6模拟海洋生物附着,制作了定向牽引抗菌微針創可貼,高效修複感染性全層皮膚缺損;(7)模拟豬籠草液體引流,發明了智能牙套裝置,實現口腔癌早期預警。已發表SCI論文40餘篇,包括Adv. Release (2015)等,其中影響因子大于11的論文20 篇,9項專利已獲授權。以重要骨幹身份參與了美國國立衛生研究院研究計劃,以及麻省理工學院-諾和諾德聯合研究項目,成果被NIHMIT重點推薦,并被Cell出版社以及多家媒體相繼轉載。相關工作榮獲首批湖北省實驗室亮點科技成果,第十八屆挑戰杯全國大學生課外學術科技作品競賽主賽道全國一等獎以及首批國家自然科學基金青年學生基礎研究項目(博士研究生項目指導老師)。陳教授工作已展現出較高的商業及臨床轉化潛力,相關工作已進入臨床試驗階段。
