朱鈴強,三級教授,博士生導師,耶魯大學博士後、華中學者特聘崗、國際雜志Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease(影響因子3.9Senior Editor、全國百篇優秀博士論文提名獎獲得者,湖北省傑出青年基金獲得者,2016湖北省科協創新創業人才工程,華中科技大學中加神經疾病分子生物學聯合平台中方負責人,華中科技大學首屆學術前沿青年團隊負責人,首屆學術新人獎獲得者。目前研究方向:阿爾茨海默病的早期防治措施研究。承擔國家自然科學基金青年項目、面上項目、動物模型專項、重大計劃培育項目、國際合作(中德,中加)、海外港澳台基金共10項,科技部重大國際合作專項一項、美國阿爾茨海默病協會(Alzheimer Association)新研究者基金一項。目前以通訊作者和第一作者發表SCI論文48篇,其中包括Nature NeuroscienceNeuronMol PsychiatryNature CommunicationsBiological PsychiatryCell Death & Differ.Mol TherapyJ Neurosci6篇)、Aging CellMol NeurobiolNeurobiol AgingJ Neurochem等國際知名雜志,長期擔任國家自然科學基金委一審專家,意大利國家自然科學基金衰老組一組組長。

工作簡介

主要從事阿爾茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)發病的分子機制及防治措施的研究。該病是一種高發于老齡人群的神經退行性疾病,AD患者的主要臨床表現為學習記憶能力漸進性減退,從而給其生活帶來了極大的不便,也給家庭和社會造成了極大的經濟和精神負擔。目前認為,AD早期突觸可塑性的紊亂是引起AD患者學習記憶障礙的主要原因,但其機制和可能的保護措施暫不明了。申請人針對AD突觸病變及神經環路異常的發生發展的機制展開了一系列的工作并取得了一定的科研成果,主要包括:
1利用光遺傳學和轉基因技術,首次發現内嗅皮層II層的島細胞可以直接投射到海馬CA1的小清蛋白(PV)陽性的抑制性神經元形成ECIIPN–CA1 PV神經環路,并且發現其功能在AD早期明顯降低,從而引起CA1腦區興奮/抑制失平衡并參與AD早期的學習記憶障礙;

2,系統研究了一系列miRNAAD發病中的作用,如miR-124可以明顯下調Zif268的表達,進而抑制小鼠的學習記憶和社會交往能力;miR-218分子可以特異的作用于PTPa,而後者則可以特異性調控tau蛋白磷酸化相關的激酶GSK-3及酯酶PP2A的酪氨酸磷酸化,從而打破激酶和酯酶的平衡并且引起tau過度磷酸化和聚集的病變;

3,系統地研究并證明了糖原合酶激酶 3 激活在阿爾茨海默病突觸病變形成中的重要作用,并闡明了其作用機理是通過磷酸化突觸前 P/Q 型鈣通道阻礙了突觸前囊泡的釋放,從而抑制長時程增強(LTP)的形成。并且針對糖原合酶激酶 3 激活探讨了一系列的保護措施。
